摘　　要：行业企业只有参与地方职业院校专业设置和专业人才培养,才能获得自身发展所需的人才。分析行业企业参与地方职业院校专业设置的原动力,思考行业企业参与专业设置与人才需求、资源整合优化之间的内在联系,提出有效开展行业企业参与地方职业院校专业设置的对策。The industry and enterprise are able to get their needed special talents by the means of participation in specialty setup and special talents＇ cultivation of local technical institute. On the basis of analyzing the motive power that industry and enter- prise participate in the specialty setup of local technical institute, we think about the internal correlation between the industry and enterprise participating in specialty setup and the market demand for special talents and the optimization of the integrated resources. Then we propose the strategies promoting the industry and enterprise participating in the specialty setup of local technical institute.
