摘 要:研究性教学在培养高素质创新型应用人才中的作用越来越受到人们的重视,科学合理的研究性教学模式,是提高学生的创新精神和实践能力的有效途径。文章分析了研究性教学模式的现状和存在的问题,并结合山东建筑大学信息与电气工程学院电气类专业的教学实践,提出了"课堂教学+实践教学+课外研学+课程考核"四位一体的研究性教学模式,总结了多年来研究性教学在人才培养中所取得的明显成效。说明建立具有专业特色的研究性教学模式,对提高研究性教学效果,培养高质量创新型应用人才具有重要作用。The research-oriented teaching and learning are attracting more and more concerns in the cultivation of the innovation and application talents. It is an effective way to improve the innovation spirit and the practice ability of the students through applying the research-based teaching modes. In this paper,we first analyze the situations and existing problems of the research-based teaching modes. Then,through summarizing the teaching experiences of the electrical specialties in School of Information and Electrical Engineering, Shandong Jianzhu University, we propose a four-in-one research-based teaching mode which consists of the classroom teaching,the practice teaching,the extra-curricular research and the course assessment. The proposed research-oriented teaching mode has obtained great achievement in the personnel training. Such achievements demonstrate that the research-based specialty-characteristic-emphasized teaching mode is an effective way to cultivate high-quality innovation and application talents and to improve the teaching effect.
