摘　　要：在新型城镇化进程中,农村剩余劳动力发挥着主力军的作用,农村剩余劳动力职业素质的高低直接影响着以人为核心的城镇化建设进程。因此,应从加强制度化建设、强化管理与监督机制、确保资金投入与有效管理、加强基础条件建设、把握培养的针对性以及强化宣传与信息互通等方面入手,提升农村剩余劳动力职业素质。The rural surplus labor force plays a main role in the process of new-type urbanization whose professional quality directly affects the human-centered urbanization. The necessity and feasibility of enhancing the occupation quality of the rural surplus labor force is discussed, and countermeasures are put forward on strengthening the institutional construction, supervision, funding, management, construction of infrastructures and the like.
