摘　　要：随着我国国防形势日趋严峻,电子装备售后服务在激烈的市场竞争中显得尤为重要。文章基于现有售后服务工作流程探讨了企业当前售后服务体系存在的问题及具体解决措施。Because of the increasingly severe situation of our national defense, after service of electronic equipment becomes very important in conditions of intense competition. This paper discusses problems and solutions of after service system in our corporation on basis of present after service work flow.
