摘　　要：本文利用CHNS调查数据对我国居民就医行为中的疾病意识、就医主动性和医疗机构选择问题及其影响因素进行研究。研究表明医疗保险、医疗服务价格和居民的收入水平对就医行为都会产生显著影响,而且在不同的疾病严重程度下,这些影响会出现较大差异,说明各因素对就医行为的影响是复杂的。因此,改善居民的就医行为需要采取针对性的对策。Based on CHNS data, the paper analyzes situation of residents’ health seeking behavior, including awareness of health need, initiative of seeking medical service and choice of medical institution. The influencing factors of health seeking behavior are also studied. The research indicates that health insurance , medical service price and income have significant in-fluence to their health seeking behavior. And the influence changes in different state of an illness. Thus , targeted measures should take to improve health seeking behavior.
