摘  要:教师要秉承教育方法发展的理念,将先进的教育方法引入到教学过程中。作为提高教学效果的有效方法和途径,模拟教学法在法律课的教学中值得探索和尝试。文章介绍了模拟情景教学法的含义和特点,阐述了应用模拟情景教学法的基本方法,从指向课程教学目的的情境构思和情境准备、促进课程教学效果的情境模拟、完善课程评估体系的情境评价等方面对教师如何在法律基础课程上具体应用模拟情景教学法进行了思考。Teachers should take the idea of the educational methods to the teaching process.. As an development of education method, and introduce the advanced effective method to improve the teaching effect, the simulation teaching method is worth exploring and trying in the teaching of law course. Is introduced in this paper the mean- ing and characteristics of scene simulation teaching method, expounds the application of situational teaching method the basic method of simulation, from point to the teaching aim of situational conception and situational preparation, promote the teaching effect of the course of situation simulation, perfect the course evaluation system, the situation assessment and other aspects of teachers how to in the basic course of law application simulation scene teaching method of thinking.
