中西医结合治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎疗效观察及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨单纯病毒性角膜炎患者应用中西医结合治疗疗效及其安全性,为临床治疗提供一定的参考价值。方法:本组108例患者根据随机数字表法随机分为观察组(n=54)和对照组(n=54)。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合中医方剂治疗。两组患者疗程均为4周。疗程结束后对比两组治疗疗效,治疗后视力变化、角膜云翳程度、总治疗时间,治疗过程中不良反应发生情况及治疗后随访6个月复发情况。结果:观察组治疗4周后总有效率(88.89%)显著高于对照组(74.07%),且具有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后视力明显高于对照组,角膜云翳程度显著低于对照组,总治疗时间显著短于对照组,且均具有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗过程中两组患者均未发生明显不良反应;随访6个月观察组复发率显著低于对照组,且具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:单纯性病毒性角膜炎患者应用中西医结合治疗疗效显著,无明显反应,复发率低,临床应用安全可靠,具有重要研究价值。Objective ： To investigate the curative effect and safety of applying integrative medicine to treat herpes simplex vires keratitis patients, to provide a reference value for clinical treatment. Methods： 108patients were randomly divided into two groups based on the random number table which was observation group （ n = 54 ） and controlled group （ n = 54 ）. The controlled group was given western medicine, the observation group was given Chinese medicine prescription on the basis of the controlled group. Two groups of patients treated for 4weeks. Comparing the efficacy after treatment, changes in vision, corneal nebula cloud extent, the total treatment time, the course of treatment adverse events and treatment follow-up six months after recurrence. Results： The total treatment efficiency （88.89%） after four weeks was significantly higher （74. 07% ） , and had a statistically significant difference （ P〈0. 05 ） ; visual acuity of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than the controlled group, corneal degree nebula cloud was significantly lower than the controlled group, the total treatment time was significantly shorter than the controlled group, and were statistically different （ P〈0.05 ） ; 6-month follow-up recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than the controlled group, and had a significant difference （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： It has obvious effect of applying integrative medicine to treat simple viral keratitis, no obvious reaction, relapse rate, clinical safety and reliable, with important research value.
