成人急性B淋巴细胞白血病CD20表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:本研究分析成人急性B淋巴细胞白血病(B ALL)中CD20表达情况,探讨CD20表达与其临床特点、疗效及预后的关系。方法:采用流式细胞术检测44例初诊B ALL患者CD20抗原表达,并分析其临床特点和生存情况。结果:CD20+组bcr abl融合基因表达阳性率低于CD20-组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者在初诊白细胞数、血红蛋白水平、血小板数、骨髓原始细胞比例、血清乳酸脱氢酶水平、染色体异常、首疗程完全缓解率(CR1)、生存率方面差异无统计学意义。结论:CD20阳性ALL临床特点、疗效和预后与CD20阴性ALL差异无统计学意义,提示CD20尚不能作为ALL的预后监测指标。Objective：This study aimed to investigate the expression of CD20 antigen in adult B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia and explore the relationship between CD20 expression and clinical characteristics, efficacy, prognosis. Result： The expression of bcr-abl in CD20 positive group was lower than CD20 negative group, the difference was significant. There was no significant difference between the white blood ceil counts in newly diag- nosed.hemoglobin level, platelet counts, bone marrow blast cell ratio, serum lactate dehydrogenase level, chromosomal abnormalities,CRl rate and survival rate. Conclusion： CD20 positive ALL had no obvious difference with CD20 negative in the clinical characteristics,efficacy and prognosis,CD20 expression could not yet be a prognostic indicator for monitoring ALL.
