摘　　要：患者,女,60岁,性身高143cm,体重36kg。2013年12月因＂血尿3d＂于当地某医院查血常规：白细胞11.65×109/L,血小板13×109/L,血红蛋白73g/L,输血小板后于1个月转诊我院。化验血常规：血红蛋白73g/L血小板53×109/L,网织红细胞绝对值0.011 1×1012/L;C反应蛋白测定43.4mg/L;T细胞亚群分析：Th/Ts比值低;腹部B超：Summary Bone marrow necrosis is a rare disease which is associated with hematologic malignancies, tumor and infection. Through the presentation of a ease which bone marrow necrosis arised during transformation of myelodysplastic syndrome,this article aimed to improve the knowledge of myelodysplastic syndrome with hone marrow necrosis.
