摘  要:目的探讨对玫瑰花总多酚的初步药效学。方法采用动物实验研究了玫瑰花总多酚对小鼠自发活动、凝血时间、缺氧实验、耳廓微循环、醋酸所致扭体反应的镇痛作用以及大鼠离体子宫和阴虚内热症大鼠的影响。结果玫瑰花总多酚可降低小鼠自发活动、延长凝血时间、明显延长耐缺氧存活时间,明显增加微血管管径、显著降低醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数,可以兴奋大鼠离体子宫平滑肌的自发活动以及有限度地改善阴虚大鼠体症。结论玫瑰花总多酚具有很好的药用和食用价值。Objective To study the pharmacological activities of rosa rugosa total polyphenol, a Xinjiang Uyghur folk medicine. Methods Animal experiment was adopted to study the analgesic effect of total polyphenols from rose on mice^s spontaneous activity, coagulation time, anoxia and Auricle Microcircula- tion, induced by acetic acid writhing reaction, and the effects of rats in vitro uterus and yinxu deficiency in rats. Results Rosa total polyphenol could inhibit spontaneous activities of mice, prolong the blood coagu- lation time as well as the anti-hypoxia survival time, and expand the diameter of micro-artery^vein. In ad- dition, they could significantly decrease the writhing times induced by acetic acid corresponding to analgesia activities. Rosa total polyphenol could also increase the contraction of isolated uterine smooth muscle strips and to some extent, it can improve the situation of rats of yinxu-deficiency. Conclusion Rosa rugosa total polyphenol has good medical and edible values.
