摘　　要：目的明确偏头痛文献分布特点和主要研究方向,探索偏头痛的研究现状,为进一步的科学研究提供基础。方法运用文献计量学和共词聚类分析的方法对Pub Med数据库收录的2004-2013年偏头痛相关文献进行分析。结果共检出发表的有关偏头痛论文6 903篇,相关高频主题词共52个,共词聚类分析发现高频主题词聚类为5个类别。结论从文献计量的角度客观反映国外近十年偏头痛的研究情况,偏头痛的研究热点主要集中在药物治疗,诊断及流行病学,遗传,病理学、病理生理学,先兆偏头痛等5个领域。Objective To determine the distribution characteristics and the research directions of the papers on migraine, and to explore the current status of migraine, so as to provide a basis for further scientific research. Methods By the method of bibliometrics and co-word clustering analysis, we analyzed the papers on migraine based on PubMed database during 2004-2013. Results We searched 6903 papers and 52 high frequency words related to migraine, and we found that the high frequency words could be divided into five categories by the co-word clustering analysis. Conclusion From the perspective of bibliometrics, the results objectively reflect the current research status of ten years migraine abroad. The research hotspots of migraine focus on 5 fields： drug treatment and diagnosis, epidemiology, genetics, pathology, pathophysiology and migraine with aura.
