摘　　要：普通化学是高等院校农业类专业必修基础课之一,其目的是让学生掌握化学基本原理,为后序的化学相关课程及专业课程准备充足的理论知识和实践技能。以云南农业大学为例分析了本校普通化学教学在教学内容、教学方式、考核机制等方面存在的问题,提出了优化并补充教学内容、帮助学生建立学习方法、引导式教学、建立并完善合理考核机制等改革措施。旨在为构筑科学合理的普通化学教学体制提供经验和借鉴。General Chemistry is one of the compulsory courses for students in agricultural majors in universities. The students can systematically learn basic chemical principle and knowledge in the course, which help the students to prepare theory and experimental technology for later learning of chemical related courses and professional courses. Based on some problems existing in such aspects as teaching contents, teaching methods and evaluation mechanism in the general chemistry teaching of Yunnan Agricultural University, some reform measures were put forward. Such as optimizing and supplementing teaching content, helping students to establish own learning methods, problem based learning, establishing and perfecting the reasonable evaluation mechanism and so on. The purpose of the article was to provide experience and reference for building a scientific and reasonable system of general chemistry teaching in universities.
