摘　　要：应急救援食品是一种为应对突发事件而设计的食品,能满足绝大多数人对能量和营养的基本需求,缓解饥饿给机体带来的疲劳感,笔者就国内外现代应急救援食品的研究现状与进展做一综述。Emergency rescue food is a kind of things designed for dealing with accidents.It can satisfy the people’ s basic need for energy and nutrition, moreover, can relieve the feeling of fatigue created by hunger.The author gives an overview on domestic and international status quo and progress of modern emergency rescue food.
