草木犀流浸液片减少胸腔镜肺癌根治术后胸腔引流量疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察草木犀流浸液片对胸腔镜肺癌根治术后胸腔引流液治疗的疗效。方法术前明确诊断肺癌且能行胸腔镜肺癌根治术40例患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例。观察治疗组单纯口服草木犀流浸液片和对照组不服用草木犀流浸液片胸腔镜肺癌根治术后第1、2、3天的胸腔引流量及拔管时间。观察治疗组有无不良反应。结果治疗组在术后第2天、第3天的胸腔引流量明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组术后3 d内拔除胸腔引流管的患者15例,占75%;对照组术后3 d内拔除胸腔引流管的患者3例,占15%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组服药期间不良反应出现少,与对照组相比治疗组拔管时间缩短,减少患者因置管时间过长引起的疼痛。结论草木犀流浸液片能安全有效地减少胸腔镜肺癌根治术后胸腔引流量,缩短拔管时间。Objective To study the efficacy of melilotus extract tablet for decreasing postoperative thoracic liquid after VATS （ video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery） lobectomy of lung cancer. Methods Forty patients with VATS lobectomy of lung cancer （a definitive diagnosis of lung cancer can do radical surgery, before operation） were arranged into treatment group （n = 20） and control group （n = 20 ）. The treatment group accepted orally metilotus extract tablets （3 times per day, 3 tables each time ,from 1 day before operation to the 72 hours after VATS lobeetomy of lung cancer）. The therapeutic effect was observed by the quantity of thoracic liquid in the first, the second and the third 24 hours after the operation, and the ad- verse effect was also closely observed. Both treatment group and control group of extubation time were observed, too. The control group accepted the ordinary treatment. Results In treatment group 15 patients （75.0%） with thoracic liquid were extubated, while in control group only 3 patients（ 15% ） with thoracic liquid were extubated after VATS lobectomy of lung cancer. The thoracic liquid in treatment group was less than that in the control group in the second 24 hours and the third 24 hours after the operation and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There appeared less adverse reactions in the treatment group. Compared with control group, the extubation time reduced patient pain caused by a long period of cathe- ter implanted. Conclusion The melilotns extract tablets have an significant effect in treatment of excessive thoracic liquid after VATS lobectomy of lung cancer, with prominent effect of reducing extubation time.
