摘 要:以损伤力学的观点,用损伤变量描述超高压自增强管式反应器的力学演变过程。在反应器承载分析时引入损伤变量和连续度的概念,结合超高压自增强管式反应器的特点,建立了反应器的损伤本构方程。利用超高压自增强管式反应器已有材料的自增强试验数据,对损伤变量进行了描述,确定了损伤变量函数。计算结果表明,与其它理论模型相比,损伤本构方程和损伤变量描述的应用结果更接近于真实值,说明从损伤变量的角度来研究超高压自增强管式反应器应力状态的思路是可行的。From the perspective of damage mechanics, damage variable is used to describe the self-reinforced mechanical evolution process of extra high pressure reaction tube. The self-rein- forced features of extra-high pressure reaction tube with the introduction of the concepts of damage variable and continuity are combined to establish the self reinforced damage constitutive equa- tions of the extra-high pressure reaction tube. The self-reinforced experimental data of the extra high pressure reaction tube is used, which was made of the material 25Cr2MoV, to describe the concept of damage variable and determine the damage variable function. The results show that, through the comparison between the applications of damage constitutive equations and damage variable and the theory of ideal elastic-plastic and bilinear hardening, the former calculation re- sults are more close to the measured values.
