外科护士疼痛管理现状及影响因素

摘　　要：[目的]研究外科护士疼痛管理状况,分析相关影响因素,为开展疼痛管理教育及提高临床疼痛管理水平提供参考依据。[方法]采用分层整群抽样的方法选择绍兴市3所医院341名外科护士作为研究对象,对其疼痛管理知识、态度、行为方面进行评价及分析。[结果]外科护士疼痛管理得分为65.63分±7.47分,平均得分率为78.13%,处于中等水平。不同学历、工龄、职称、医院等级、是否经镇痛培训外科护士疼痛管理知识得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同工龄、医院等级外科护士疼痛管理态度得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护士采取疼痛管理行为与其镇痛培训和护士个人手术经历有关(P<0.05)。护士的疼痛管理知识得分与其行为得分呈正相关(P<0.05);态度得分与行为得分呈正相关(P<0.01)。[结论]外科护士疼痛管理状况总体较好,学历、工龄、职称、医院等级、是否经镇痛培训、护士个人手术经历是外科护士疼痛管理的影响因素,疼痛管理行为和疼痛管理知识与态度密切相关,需进一步加强疼痛管理知识的教育和培训,促进有效疼痛管理。Objective:To study the pain management status of surgical nurses and analyze its related influencing factors,so as to provide the references for enhancing clinical pain management level.Methods:A total of 341 cases of surgical nurses in three hospitals in Shaoying city were selected as research objects by using stratified cluster sampling,they were evaluated and analyzed on their pain management knowledge,attitude and behavior.Results:The pain management score of surgical nurses was 65.63±7.47,the average score rate was 78.13%which was middle level.There was statistically significant difference in pain management knowledge score among surgical nurses with different qualifications,seniority,job title,hospital grade,whether receiving the analgesic training or not(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in pain management attitude score among surgical nurses who had different seniorities and in different hospital grades(P<0.05).Nurses adopting pain management behavior was related to analgesic training and their personal operation experience(P<0.05).Nurses' pain management knowledge score was positively related to behavior score(P<0.05);attitude score was related to behavior score positively(P<0.01).Conclusion:The education,seniority,job title,hospital grade,whether receiving the analgesic training or not and surgical nurse'personal experience are the influencing factors of pain management of surgical nurses,their pain management behaviors and pain management knowledge are closely related to attitudes.The education and training of pain management knowledge should be strengthened further and to promote the effective pain management.
