摘　　要：目的:研究E-钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)在浸润性乳腺癌中的表达情况,基于乳腺癌分子分型探讨其表达特点和临床病理意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测87例浸润性乳腺癌中E-cadherin的表达情况。结果:E-cadherin在浸润性乳腺癌中呈现出高表达;E-cadherin的表达在浸润性乳腺癌分子分型之间具有统计学差异(P<0.05);E-cadherin在浸润性乳腺癌中的表达同组织学分级、淋巴结转移、病理类型和分子分型相关(P<0.05),同患者年龄、肿瘤大小和临床分期无关。结论:E-cadherin在浸润性乳腺癌分子分型中的差异性表达可能在浸润性乳腺癌的发生、发展和转移中发挥重要作用,可以作为乳腺癌诊断、治疗和预后判断的分子标记和分子分型的有益补充。Objective： To research the expression of E- cadherin in invasive breast cancer,explore the characteristics of E- cadherin expression and clinicopathological significance on the basis of molecular typing of invasive breast cancer. Methods： The expression of E- cadherin was detected by immunohistochemical SP method in 87 patients with invasive breast cancer. Results： The expression of E-cadherin in invasive breast cancer was high; there was statistically significant difference in E- cadherin expression among different molecular types of invasive breast cancer（ P〈 0. 05）; E- cadherin expression in invasive breast cancer was correlated with histological grades,lymph node metastasis,pathological types,and molecular types（ P〈 0. 05）,which was not correlated with age,tumor size and clinical grades.Conclusion： The differences of expression of E- cadherin in invasive breast cancer molecular typing may play important roles in oncogenesis,development,and metastasis of invasive breast cancer,which can be used as a supplementary of molecular labeling and typing of diagnosis,therapy and prognosis prediction of invasive breast cancer.
