摘　　要：相交数问题是组合设计理论的基本问题之一,它在统计学中有着广泛的应用。主要通过构造RBIBD(4,1;28)去研究它的相交数问题,这对于研究更高阶数的RBIBD(4,1;v)(v=4 mod 12)的相交数问题有着重要的作用。Intersection numbers is very important in the theory of combinatorial designs and is widely used in statistics. In this paper, we investigate the intersection numbers by means of constructing RBIBD(4, 1; 28). It plays an important role in the intersection numbers with higher orders of RBIBD(4, 1; v)(v=4 mod 12).
