摘　　要：就业是民生之本。随着国家高校扩招政策的实施,大学生就业问题日益突出并逐渐成为全社会关注的热点话题。鉴于此,大力发展职业教育既是落实国家科教兴国战略和人才强国战略的重要举措,也是促进社会就业和解决"三农"问题的重要途径。在对佳木斯技师学院学生进行调研及分析的基础上,讨论了当前农业职业学校学生的就业现状,分析了农业职业院校学生到农村去就业的主要动机,并提出加强引导学生树立正确的择业和就业观以及完善现有培养机制等政策建议。Employment is people＇ s livelihood. With the implementation of enrollment expansion policy through college, the employment problems of college graduates have become increasingly serious and the spotlight of the whole society. In view of this issue, to develop the vocational education vigorously is important to the national revitalization through science and education and the strategy of talents development, and it is also an essential way to promote social employment and solve the problems of ＇Agriculture, Rural community and Farmers＇. Based on a survey in JiaMusi Vocational Technical School, the author analyzed the current employment situation of agricultural vocational school graduates and the main motivation of their employment willingness in the rural areas. Finally, the author put forward some policy suggestions such as guiding the graduates to establish a practical career belief as well as improving the current training mechanism.
