复方丹参片联合曲安奈德治疗口腔糜烂型扁平苔藓47例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方丹参片联合曲安奈德治疗口腔糜烂型扁平苔藓的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年4月—2014年6月我院收治的94例口腔糜烂型扁平苔藓患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各47例。对照组患者进行常规西药治疗,观察组患者在常规西药治疗的基础上加用复方丹参片进行治疗。结果:观察组患者的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参片联合曲安奈德治疗口腔糜烂型扁平苔藓具有较好的疗效,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of compound Danshen tablet and triamcinolone acetonide on oralerosion type flat moss. Methods： 94 cases of oral erosion type flat moss admitted by our hospital form April 2012 to June 2014 wereselected as the study object and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Each group had 47 cases.Patients inthe control group were given conventional western medicine treatment.Patients in the observation group, on the basis of conventionaltreatment of western medicine, added compound Danshen tablet.Results：The curative effect of observation group was better than that of thecontrol group （P〈0.05）; the healing time of the observation group was much shorter than that of the control group （P〈0.05）;therecurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The combination ofcompound Danshen tablet and triamcinolone acetonide has good curative effect on oral erosion type flat moss. It is worth popularizing inclinic.
