摘　　要：目的:观察超短波联合He-Ne激光治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的疗效。方法:150例颞下颌关节紊乱病患者随机分为治疗组75例,对照组75例。治疗组用五官超短波治疗机,加用He-Ne激光照射,对照组给予消炎痛口服治疗。均以1个疗程为限。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.3%,对照组总有效率为74.7%,两组之间差异有统计学意义。统计学处理两组资料比较,采用卡方x2检验P<0.05认为差异有统计学意义。结论:超短波联合He-Ne激光治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病疗效明显优于常规药物治疗,值得推广。Objective: To observe the effect of ultrashort wave therapy combined with He-Ne laser on the treatment of temporomandibular disorders. Methods: 150 patients with temporomandibular disorder were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group. Each group had 75 cases. The treatment group, on basis of ultrashort wave of the five sense organs, was treated with He-Ne laser irradiation. The control group was treated with indomethacin. The treatment was limited to 1 course. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.3% and the control group was 74.7%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The curative effect of ultrashort wave therapy combined with He-Ne laser on temporomandibular disorder is superior to the conventional drug therapy. It is worthy of promotion.
