中西医结合治疗老年抑郁症的临床疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析中西医结合治疗老年抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将回顾性分析2013年5月—2014年6月间我院接治的56例老年抑郁症患者的临床记录资料。结果:治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为89.3%,大于对照组的64.3%,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组的不良反应发生率虽略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗老年抑郁症的临床疗效显著,安全性高,值得推广。Objective： To investigate and analyze the clinical curative effect and security of integrative treatment of Chinese andwestern medicine for senile depression. Methods： A retrospective analysis of record materials of 56 cases of senile depression receivedtreatment in our hospital from May 2013 to June 2014 was made. Results： After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment groupwas 89.29% which was higher than that （64.29%） of the control group, with a significant difference （P〈0.05）; the adverse reaction of thetreatment groups was slightly higher than that of the control group, but there was no significantly difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Theclinical curative effect of integrative treatment of Chinese and western medicine on senile depression is significant and safe, so it is worthyof clinical application.
