日本“寿司”源流考述

摘  要:被认为是日本料理中最具代表性的食物之一的“寿司”,却起源于中国.寿司醋渍酸香,含热量低、营养均衡,是公认的健康食品,受到世界各地许多人的喜爱.寿司的起源、传播和发展路线图,展示了中华饮食文明对周边地区乃至世界饮食文化做出的贡献,表现了日本人把握有限食材资源、学习以及创新的能力,揭示出世界饮食文化发展的关联性和全球化所带来的交融性.当今世界的寿司,符合健康饮食的理念,丰富了我们的饮食文化,是世界饮食文化多样化的重要元素.Sushi,is considered as representative Japanese cuisine food, but it originated from China. Becauseof the acid flavor by the fragrant vinegar, Low calorie, and balanced nutrition, sushi has been recognizedas a healthy food, and has been loved by many people around the world. The map of the origin , communicationand development about Sushi, has shown the Contribution of Chinese diet culture into the surrounding areas andeven the world; which exhibited the Japanese’ abilities in grasping the limited resources, learn and Innovation; Itreveals the association of the development of the diet culture in the world, and blend from globalization. Nowadays,sushi in the world is regarded to fit the idea of the healthy diet, had enriched our diet culture, and has becomean important element of the diet cultures in the world.
