摘　　要：庞大的自闭症人群及家庭正面临着社会排斥的巨大风险.本研究基于"以自闭症者家庭为本位"的视角,对自闭症者家庭的社会排斥进行研究.描述了自闭症者家庭面临的社会支持(网络)匮乏、社会文化贬低、家庭退缩以及教育剥夺4个维度的社会排斥,探寻了自闭症者家庭遭受排斥的因素,主要集中在教育制度、社会物质条件、社会文化以及家庭自身因素等4个方面.建立行之有效的社会保障制度,营造宽容平等、和谐包容的社会等,成为缓解和解决自闭症群体及家庭社会排斥的重要举措.The rapid growth of autistic people has become an issue of ever increasing social concern. However, the huge crowd with autism and their families are faced with a great risk of social exclusion. From the ＂autism-family-based＂ perspective, a study is carried out to research the social exclusion of families with autism The study shows that autism families are suffering from social exclusions like inadequate social support （network）, cultural debasement, family retreat and education deprivation. The reasons that families are affected by autism exclusion mainly come from the education system, social material conditions, cultural factors, and the families themselves. An effective social security system and a tolerant, equal and harmonic society are key elements to dissolve social exclusion of autistic individuals and their families.
