摘　　要：目的：探讨小肠外瘘的诊断及治疗。方法选取2013年1月～2014年6月收治的小肠外瘘24例的临床治疗方法进行分析。结果术后4～12天确诊，经非手术治疗瘘口自然关闭17例，手术治疗7例，所有患者均获得治愈。结论争取应用非手术治疗方法让瘘口自然愈合，只有在瘘口不能愈合的情况下才考虑采用手术方法对瘘进行确定性处理。Objective To explore the small intestinal fistula diagnosis and treatment. Methods Selected 24 cases with small intestinal fistula from January 2013 to June 2014 treated clinical treatment methods were analyzed. Results 4 to 12 days diagnosis after surgery, non-surgical treatment of ifstula closed spontaneously in 17 cases, 7 cases of surgery, all patients were cured. Conclusion The application of non-surgical treatment for ifstula allow natural healing, and only in the case of ifstula healing not considered deifnitive surgical treatment for ifstula.
