牙龈诱导对上颌前牙种植美学修复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的分析上颌前牙种植采用牙龈诱导对美学修复的影响。方法选取我院收治60例上颌前牙种植患者,患者在术后两个月临时冠修复诱导牙龈成型,术后4月永久修复,观察修复效果。结果 60例患者主观满意调查结果 VAS平均为90.5分,临时修复时40牙位在0度,20牙位在I度,永久修复后3个月,24牙位在III度,31牙位在II度,5牙位在I度,患者各时期龈乳头指数提高。结论牙龈诱导在上颌前牙种植中能够改善牙龈外形。Objective Analysis influence gingiva Induction of maxillary anterior teeth implantation aesthetic repair. Methods Selected 60 cases with maxillary anterior teeth in our hospital, and patients use temporary crown induced gingival molding two months after surgery use permanent repair after 4 months and observe repair effect. Results The patients＇ subjective satisfaction survey results VAS of 60 cases were average 90.5 points, and teeth 40 at 0 degrees, teeth 20 at I degrees for temporary repair, teeth 24 in degree III, teeth 31 in degree II, teeth 5 in grade I after 3 months permanent repair, the papilla index improved signiifcantly at each period. Conclusion Gingival induce can signiifcantly improve gingival appearance on anterior maxilla planting.
