摘　　要：目的对比分析富马酸喹硫平片结合左洛复治疗对妄想性精神病的临床疗效。方法选择妄想性精神病78例,随机分为两组,即富马酸喹硫平片结合左洛复治疗组和富马酸喹硫平片治疗组。结果富马酸喹硫平片结合左洛复治疗组显效时间及有效率优于富马酸喹硫平片治疗组。结论富马酸喹硫平片结合左洛复治疗妄想性精神病能够更好的发挥治疗作用。Objective Contrastive analysis the clinical effect on quetiapine fumarate combine with zoloft to treatment folie raisonnante. Methods Selected 78 cases with folie raisonnante, divided into the combination therapy of quetiapine fumarate and zoloft group and quetiapine fumarate group. Results Quetiapine fumarate combined with zoloft group effect time and rate was better than quetiapine fumarate group. Conclusion Quetiapine Fumarate combined with zoloft therapeutic effects better on treatment folie raisonnante.
