摘 要:目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子在非小细胞肺癌中的表达,及其与临床病理特征和预后之间的关系.方法:使用超敏过氧化酶免疫组织化学法对手术切除的84例非小细胞肺癌组织标本中血管内皮生长因子的表达和微血管密度进行检测,并结合临床和病理资料对所得结果进行分析.结果:血管内皮生长因子在非小细胞肺癌中的表达阳性率为69.05%(58/84),血管内皮生长因子和淋巴结转移、淋巴浸润呈正相关,和癌症高、低分化程度有明显的相关性,其表达在高分化癌和低分化癌之间比较差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义.结论:血管内皮生长因子可引起瘤内微血管密度增加,在非小细胞肺癌血管形成中起重要作用,通过检测其表达情况有助于预测肺癌患者预后.AIM: To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor in non small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC), and its relation to the clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis. METHODS: The vascular growth factors and microvessel density of 84 cases of non-small cell lung cancer tissue specimens resected during operation were detected by the hypersensitivity peroxidase immunohistochemical method. The results were analyzed combined with clinical and pathological data. RESULTS: The positive rate of expression of vascular endothelial growth factor in NSCLC was 69.05% (58/84), vascular endothelial growth factor and lymphatic invasion was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis, and had an obvious relationship with the high and low degree of differentiation in cancer. Its expression was different between high and low differentiation cancer (P 〈 0.05) with statistical significance. CONCLUSION: The vascular endothelial growth factor can increase the intratumoral microvessel density , play an important role in angiogenesis of NSCLC and it is helpful to predict the prognosis of patients with lung cancer by detecting its expression.
