摘　　要：对比度是衡量视频会议画面质量的一个重要指标,结合人眼视觉系统特性,引入视觉感兴趣人物画面的加权因子和非视觉感兴趣背景画面的加权因子,提出一种基于人眼视觉特性的视频会议画面对比度无参考质量评价方法。实验表明,该方法是一种行之有效的视频会议画面质量评价方法,测试结果与TID2013图像库中主观评价结果的符合度较好。Contrast is an important index of video conference＇s image quality,the human visual system is analyzed,a weighting factor for the visual interest＇s figure image and a weighting factor for the non-visual interest＇s background image are introduced,then a contrast method of no reference quality assessment for video conference image based on human visual system is proposed.Experimental results show that the method is an effective method for video conference image＇s quality assessment,whose objective quality scores have better consistency with the subjective quality scores in the TID2013 image database.
