共享价值论初析

摘　　要：社会主义社会是否还存在剩余价值,是一个争议比较大的问题。社会主义不应有"剩余价值"这一概念的观点,实际上是受原苏联政治经济学教科书中关于剩余价值定义的束缚。文章指出,任何社会的存在和发展,都要存在剩余劳动和剩余产品。如果这个社会还存在商品经济,那么剩余劳动或剩余产品就必然以价值的形式表现出来。剩余价值作为剩余劳动时间的凝结,也是任何社会共有的,社会主义社会概莫能外。文章提出了"共享价值"这一新概念。指出在社会主义社会,仍然存在剩余价值的经济物质基础。可以不使用剩余价值的概念,社会主义社会存在的"多余价值"、"净增价值"或"经济剩余",可称之为"共享价值"。用"共享价值"来反映社会主义社会中劳动新创造的价值,可以比较好地体现社会主义的本质,是社会主义经济的客观要求和体现。共享价值论既坚持了马克思主义的劳动价值论,又丰富和发展了马克思主义的劳动价值论。它的提出,具有重大的理论意义和实践意义。It is a big controversial issue whether surplus value exists in socialist society. Actually the idea that socialism should not include surplus value is misled by the textbook concept in former Soviet Union. This article points out surplus labor and surplus product are indispensable for the existence and development of any society. If commodity economy exists in one society, surplus labor of surplus product will inevitably be manifested in the form of value. Surplus value as the condensation of surplus labor time, is shared by all kinds of society, including socialist society. This article proposes a new concept of ＂shared value＂. It holds that in socialist society, the material basis of surplus value still exists. Instead of using the concept of surplus value, we can name ＂extra value＂, ＂ net value＂ or ＂economic value＂ with ＂shared value＂, which could better reflect the essence of socialism, and supposed to be the fundamental requirement of socialist system. Shared value insists on Marxist labor theory while makes new development. It is embodies great theoretical and practical significance.
