摘  要:目的:观察红曲(RyR)提取物(羟甲基戊二酰辅酶A还原酶抑制剂)对骨合成代谢的作用。方法:建立骨质疏松大鼠骨折模型,按不同组别分别给予安慰剂、氟伐他汀及醇提红曲液进行治疗,5周后,取实验动物骨痂组织,通过实时定量RT-PCR及蛋白印迹法检测骨痂BMP-4 mRNA和蛋白(骨形态发生蛋白4)的表达。结果:RyR提取物能诱导骨质疏松骨折大鼠骨痂BMP-4mRNA和蛋白表达增加,而低剂量RyR提取物的作用效果优于高剂量。结论:RyR在成骨细胞分化和骨形成的过程中发挥有益的作用,对骨质疏松具有一定的治疗作用。Objective : To observe the effect of Red yeast rice (RyR) extracts ( hydroxymethyl glutaryl coen- zyme A reductase inhibitors) on bone anabolic. Methods:50 rats of osteoporotic fractures were randomized into three group which were given placebo, Fluvastatin and RYR extract for 5 weeks. BMP - 4 mRNA and protein from rat' s callus were measured by real - time quantitative RT - PCR and Western blotting after treatment for three months. Results:RyR extract could increase BMP -4mRNA and protein expressions in callus of rats with frac- ture, while the effects of low doses RyR extract group was better than that of high dose groups. Conclusion: RyR played a useful role in osteoblast differentiation and bone formation, and has a certain effect in the treatment of osteoporosis.
