摘 要:以明胶/改性阿拉伯胶为壁材,松针油为芯材,采用复合凝聚法制备松针油微胶囊。优化的反应条件为:明胶/改性阿拉伯胶质量比为1.25∶1,质量分数为0.6%,p H=4.1,反应时间75 min,搅拌速率300 r/min,固化温度45℃,固化时间10 h。采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和热重分析仪,对松针油微胶囊的形貌、热性能等进行表征。结果表明,制备的松针油微胶囊颗粒分布均匀,具有良好的热稳定性和缓释性能。经松针油微胶囊整理后的织物,显示出较好的缓释性能和耐水洗性能。Pine needle oil microcapsule is prepared by complex coacervation method with gelatm/modi- fled Arabic gum as wall material and pine needle oil as core material. The optimum reaction condition is: the mass ratio of gelatin to Arabic gum 1.25:1 with mass fraction of 0.6%, pH=4.1, reaction time 75 rain, stirring rate 300 r/min, curing at 45℃ for 10 h. The morphology and thermal performance of the pine nee- dle oil microcapsule is evaluated by optical microscope(OM), scanning electron micrograph(SEM), fouri- er transform infrared spectrometer(FTlR) and thermo gravimetric analyzer(DTA-TG).The results show that the pine needle oil microcapsule with uniform particles has good thermal stability and slow release property. The fabric finished with pine needle oil microcapsules show slow release performance and good washability.
