前循环短暂性脑缺血发作患者apoB／apoA1比值水平与ABCD2评分的关系

摘　　要：目的：通过检测动脉粥样硬化性前循环短暂性脑缺血发作（transient ischemic attack，TIA）患者血清apoB／apoAl比值水平，探讨TIA患者血清apoB／apoAl比值水平与ABCD2评分的相关性。方法：回顾性分析113例前循环TIA患者，分别给予ABCD2评分，依据评分分为低危亚组（0—3分）、中危亚组（4～6分）和高危亚组（6—7分）。检测，TIA患者及34名正常对照者血清apoB／apoA1水平。比较不同组问血清apoB／apoA1比值水平，分析血清apoB／apoAl比值水平与ABCD2评分的相关程度。结果：TIA患者血清apoB／apoA1比值水平（0．79±0．11）明显高于正常对照组（0．52±0．10），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。低危亚组血清apoB／apoA1比值水平（0．71±0．03）及中危亚组（0．72±0．04）分别与高危亚组血清apoB／apoA1比值水平（0．92±0．07）差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），中危亚组与低危亚组血清apoB／apoA1比值水平之间无统计学差异（P〉0．05）；经Spearman秩相关系数检验，血清apoB／apoA1比值水平与ABCD2评分呈正相关（r=0．878，P=0．000）。结论：前循环ⅡA患者血清apoB／apoA1比值水平与ABCD2评分呈正相关。Objective： Objective： To investigate the relationship between the levels of apoB/apoAl and ABCD2 score by detecting the level of apoB/apoA1 of the patients with atherosclerosis （AS） anterior circulation transient ischemic attack （TIA）. Methods： Taking the latest definition of TIA in 2009 as inclusion criteria , we retrospectively analysis 113 patients with anterior circulation TIA, All the patients were evaluated by the ABCD2 score and stratified into low - ,mid - and high - risk subgroups. The level of apoB/apoA1 was detected in TIA patients and 34 normal controls. The differences were compared and correlations were analyzed. Results： The level of apoB! apoA1 in TIA group was significantly higher than normal control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was significant difference between low - risk subgroup（ score 0 - 3 ） ,mild - risk subgroup （ score 4 - 5 ） and mild - risk subgroup （ score 6 - 7） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference between low - risk subgroup and mild - risk subgroup（ P 〉 0.05） ; ABCD2 score was positive related to apoB/ apoA1 level（ r = 0. 878, P =0.000）. Conclusion： The levels of apoB/apoA1 in the patients with anterior circulation TIA is positively correlated with AB- CD2 score.
