青少年忽视现况及其相关影响因素的研究

摘　　要：目的了解青少年被忽视的现况,并探讨青少年被忽视的影响因素,为减少青少年忽视的发生提供科学依据。方法采取方便分层整群抽样的方法选取嘉兴市4所中学和芜湖市3所中学学生作为研究对象,进行现场问卷调查,内容包括一般人口学特征、家庭情况和忽视情况等。结果被调查的6347名中学生中,共有2296人曾被忽视,忽视发生率为36.2%,其中嘉兴市36.0%和芜湖市36.3%,独生子女35.1%和非独生子女37.4%,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);男生忽视率45.1%高于女生27.5%(P<0.01);不同年级忽视率差异具有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),高三年级最高(46.3%),初一年级最低(26.4%),并且随着年级的升高,忽视率总体呈现增加的趋势(χ2趋势=73.929,P<0.05)。多因素非条件Logistic回归分析显示,女性、母亲文化程度高、成绩好是青少年忽视发生的保护因素;而年级高、与父母关系差是忽视发生的危险因素。结论青少年忽视现象普遍存在,应该引起社会、学校、家庭的高度重视。相关部门应开展防治青少年忽视的健康教育,成立防治、监测青少年忽视的相关机构,健全防治儿童青少年忽视的相关法律,进而预防忽视的发生。Objective：To explore the current situation of adolescents neglected. To find out the risk factors of adolescent neglected,so as to provide the basis for lessening the prevalence of adolescents neglect. Methods：The survey was conduc-ted by convenient cluster sampling among students from four middle schools in Jiaxing and three middle schools in Wuhu. The investigation including：general information of the students and their family background,the current situation of neg-lect. Results：Total of 6347 junior or senior students were recruited in our study,2347 students ever suffered neglect . The rate of neglect were 36. 2% . Neglect rate of students from Jiaxing and Wuhu were 36. 0% and 36. 3% . Neglect rate of students from only child family and multi child family were 35. 1% and 37. 4%,respectively.（P 〉 0. 05）The neglect rate of male and female were 45. 1% and 27. 5% ,respectively,statistically significant difference was found between male and female（P 〈 0. 01）. The significant difference in neglect rate between different grades（P 〈 0. 01）. The senior grade three had the highest neglect rate with 46. 3% ,Grade one students had 26. 4% of the lowest neglect rate. The neglect rate in-creased with the higher grade（P 〈 0. 01）. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that female,mother’s education-al background,good performance level were the protective factors. Older and bad relationship with parents were the risk factors. Conclusion：Adolescents neglect appears prevalent in our study. The related departments should take effective in-tervention measures such as health education,establishment of the related association,enactment of the related laws for ad-olescents ,so as to prevent the incidences of adolescents neglect.
