摘　　要：软包装薄膜印刷迫切需要这样一种油墨，既适用于PET、NY这些极性基材，又通用于OPP这种非极性基材，既能耐水煮、耐高温蒸煮，又能满足普通轻包装的要求。本文介绍了北京高盟开发出的一体化油墨用聚氨酯树脂，可以满足这一需求，不仅在PET、NY上附着牢度优异，在OPP上亦有良好的附着力，将其应用于水煮蒸煮包装，也表现出良好的综合性能。There is a great need of one kind of ink in flexible packaging film printing, which is should not only suitable for some polar substrates, such as PET, NY, but also available for non-polar substrates as QPP. Besides, it may endure boiling, high-temperature cooking and satisfy the common requirements of flexible packaging. This article describes polyurethane resin in integrated ink, which was developed by Beijing Comens Co., can satisfy all the needs mentioned above. Apart from this, it has good adhesion in PET. NY substrates as well as QPP substrate. Comprehensive performance will perfectly shown in boiling and cooking packaging.
