摘  要:以油菜、莲花、向日葵、杏花和茶花5种常见的蜂花粉为原料,通过索氏提取法获得5种花粉的粗脂肪,分别采用酸催化法、碱催化法和BF3催化法对花粉的粗提物进行甲酯化处理,并用GC-MS选择离子的检测方法进行分离鉴定。通过对比混合标准品的保留时间及每种花粉中脂肪酸的种类,使用外标法进行定量。结果表明:BF3催化法的甲酯化效果优于碱催化法和酸催化法。使用外标法对花粉中脂肪酸进行定量比归一化法准确。Crude fat from Rape pollen, lotus pollen, sunflower pollen, almond pollen and camellia pollen was ex- tracted by Soxhlet extraction. The crude fat was methyl-esterified by alkali catalyst, acid catalyst and BF3 catalyst re- spectively. Their fatty acid compositions were studied by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) with selected- ion monitor (SIM), and quantified by external standard method with mixed standards. The results showed that fatty acids among the five kinds of pollen were obviously different. BF3 catalyst for methyl esterification was superior to acid catalyst and alkali catalyst, and the external standard method of quantitative determination of fatty acids was more accurate than the area normalization method. The research has a significance of the practical guide to the development of pollen prod- ucts.
