摘 要:目的:筛选滇西南地区最适合天麻蜜环菌生长的道地树种。方法:选用滇西南地区32种常见阔叶树种,制作蜜环菌三级种培养基培养蜜环菌,比较蜜环菌在不同树种中的生长速度及菌索生长状况。结果:白檀培养基中,蜜环菌的生长速度快,菌索发生变异,呈扇形,生长状况良好;蜜环菌在欧洲山毛榉等20种树种配制的培养基中,菌索的生长速度和菌索外部形态特征都正常;紫丁香、木通、木莲、厚皮香、金叶子、辣木树、化香树、团香果、白杜鹃和多花含笑,这11种树种的蜜环菌生长速度和生长状况不理想。结论:白檀是培养蜜环菌三级种的优良树种;欧洲山毛榉等20种树种也可做为蜜环菌三级种培养的培养基成分;紫丁香等11种树不适合蜜环菌的生长,不能作为蜜环菌培养的培养基成分。Objective: To screen the suitable trees for Armillaria mellea cultivation. Methods: The third-strain medium with 32 kinds of geo-authentic trees was prepared, the A. meUea growth speed and character of the rhizomorph in these mediums were compared. Results: A. mellea rhizomorph grew vigorously and fastest in Symplocos anomala medium, the rhizomorph changed from block-like to fan-shaped. In other 20 mediums like Fagus sylvat^ca, A. mellea rihzomorph grew normally. In other 11 mediums like Syringa oblata, A. mellea failed to grow normally. Conclusion: It is concluded that S. anomala was the optimal tree for A. mellea cultivation. 20 kinds of trees like F. sylvatica could be used as third-strain medium ingredients. 11 kinds of trees like S. oblata could not be used as third-strain medium ingredients.
