摘  要:文章以老挝钾盐矿提钾后高镁母液为原料,采用气氨直接沉淀法制取氢氧化镁并且副产肥料级氯化铵,研究了反应体系的p H值、温度、时间、以及洗涤条件对镁产率和氢氧化镁性能的影响。同时对沉镁后的氯化铵母液进行了蒸发试验。蒸发试验的结果表明镁的利用率达95%以上,氨的利用率大于95%。氢氧化镁和副产氯化铵肥料的质量达到国家标准。Using mother liquor of high magnesium from potash mine in Laos after potassium extraction as raw material, the magnesium hydroxide and ammonium chloride as by -product fertil- izer level were prepared using ammonia precipitation method. The effects of reaction pH, temperature, time and the washing conditions on the yield and properties of magnesium hydroxide were studied. At the same time, evaporation test was made for ammonium chloride mother liquor after the precipitation of magnesium. Evaporation experiments indicated that the magnesium utilization rate was above 95%, ammonia utilization rate was more than 95%. The quality of magnesium hydroxide and ammonium chloride as by -product fertilizer reached the national standard.
