丝裂霉素在小梁切除术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察丝裂霉素在小梁切除术治疗原发性青光眼的效果。方法收集2012年6月~2013年12月来我院就诊的原发性青光眼患者119例137眼作为研究对象,对照组51例58眼实施常规小梁切除术,研究组68例79眼实施应用丝裂霉素的复合小梁切除术。比较两组术后眼压、滤泡情况、手术成功率、并发症发生情况。结果研究组术后6个月、术后1年的眼压与对照组相比较低,功能性滤过泡形成率、手术成功率与对照组相比较高,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组术后并发症发生率与对照组相比较低,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论应用丝裂霉素的复合小梁切除术治疗原发性青光眼疗效确切,可有效降低眼压,提高功能性滤过泡形成率,降低并发症的发生率。Objective To evaluate the effect of combination with mitomycin in the trabeculectomy surgery of primary glaucoma. Methods 119 patients of primary glaucoma （137 eyes） were selected from Jun 2012 to Dec 2013 in our hospital. Patients were divided into two groups, the control group of 58 eyes were implemented routine trabeculectomy and the study group of 79 eyes were implemented complex trabeculeetomy with mitomycin. Compared the intraocular pressure, filtering b｜ebs, surgi- cal success rate and postoperative complications. Results The intraocular pressure of study group at 6-month, 1-year were significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈O.05）. Functional filtering bleb formation rate and success rate of surgery were significantly higher in the study group （P〈O.05）. Percentage of complications of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Trabeculectomy combined with mitomycin can effectively reduce the intraocular pressure, improve the functionality of filtering bleb and reduce the overall incidence of postoperative complications.
