血清CEACAM1和CEA联合检测对大肠癌早期诊断的临床分析

摘　　要：目的：通过探讨血清CBACAM1和CEA联合检测对大肠癌早期诊断，旨在为临床提高大肠癌早期诊断率提供理论依据。方法：选择2009年6月-2014年6月在我院接受检查并确定为大肠癌早期患者40例作为研究组，再选择同期接受检查的健康体检者40例作为对照组，对比两组患者血清CBACAMl和CBA水平，及检测敏感度和特异度。结果研究组患者血清CBACAMl为（48．09±1．09）ng／mL、CBA水平为（7．69±1．21）ng／mL，均显著高于对照组，且P〈0．05差异有统计学意义，同时血清CEACAM1和CBA联合检测敏感性显著高于单纯检测。结论：血清CEACAMl和CEA联合检测敏感性及准确性高，可以作为大肠癌早期诊断的重要依据。Objective By joint detection CEACAM1 and CEA in the serum, study on the early diagnosis of colorectal cancer, and provide theoretical basis for improving the early diagnostic rate of colorectal cancerAiethods Choose 40 cases patient with as the research group, from June 2009 to June 2014, they was identified as early colorectal cancer in our hospital. Choose 40 cases health people as control group, they was checked body at the same time compared two groups of patients with serum CEACAM1 and CEA level, and the detection sensitivity and specific degreesResultsThe patients of research group ,CEACAM1 inserum was （48.09-＋1.09）ng/mL CF_A levels for （7.69 ±1.21） ng/mL were significantly hi_gher than that of control group, P 〈 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. but the joint detetion sensitivity is significantly higher than Single detection CondusionsCEACAM1 and CEA joint detection sensitivity and higfi accuracy can be used as important basis in early diagnosis ofcolorectal cancer.
