摘 要:目的:探讨HCC中检测MnSOD的意义。方法:运用WST-1方法检测所收集的肝癌、癌旁组织、正常肝组织中MnSOD的含量。结果:Mnsod在组织中的含量,正常肝细织、癌旁组、肝癌组比较逐步明显下降,三者比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论MnSOD的含量下降在肝癌发生发展过程中起到了促进作用,MnSOD可能作为治疗肝癌的靶点之一。Objective To explore the significance of detection of MnSOD in HCC.Methods Using the WST - 1 Methods test the content of MnSOD for liver cancer, collected in adjacent tissues and normal liver.Results Comparison of MnSOD content, in the normal liver tissue group, and the tissue adjacent to carcinoma group, and the liver cancer group. They was decline gradually obvious, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05).Conclusions MnSOD levels drop will play a promoting role in the development of liver cancer, MnSOD may as one of the targets for the treatment of liver cancer.
