RhoC蛋白在口腔鳞状细胞癌中表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨Rho C对于口腔鳞癌发生发展以及侵袭的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测72例口腔鳞癌组织和17例正常口腔组织标本。结果在口腔鳞癌组织中Rho C蛋白表达相对正常口腔组织显著升高。Rho C蛋白的表达随着组织病理学分级的降低,临床分期为晚期的,有淋巴结转移组中Rho C蛋白的表达明显增高。其表达的强弱与性别、年龄、肿瘤部位无明显相关性。结论 Rho C蛋白在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达水平与组织的病理学分级、临床分期和淋巴结转移密切相关。Objective To investigate effects of RhoC on occurrence, devetopnlent and invasive of oral squamous carcinona. Methods Seventy-two cases of oral squamous carcinoma tissues and 17 cases of normal oral tissue specimens were detected by imnmnohistochemistry. Results Expression of RhoC protein significantly increased compared with normal oral tissues in oral squamous carcinoma tissues, which reduced with the loss of histopathological grade. When its clinical stage was at late stage with lymph node metastasis expression of RhoC protein significantly enhanced. There was no significant correlation of strength of expression of RhoC protein with gender, age, tumor location. Conclusion Expression level of RhoC protein, tissue pathology classification, clinical stage and lymphatic metastasis are closely related
