静息性脑梗死和脑白质疏松对认知功能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析人类认知功能受到静息性的脑梗死(SCI)和脑白质疏松(LA)的影响情况。方法对2009至2012年我院的140例静息性脑梗死患者来进行分析,记录患者的梗死部位以及白质疏松程度。采取蒙特利尔认知评估(Mo CA)进行评价。分析患者10个月后的认知功能情况。结果全部的患者中共有118例的脑白质疏松发生了变化,Mo CA评分平均是(27.35±1.78),共有15例患者的Mo CA评分低于26。患者的脑梗死范围分布较大的,其Mo CA评分就越低,脑白质疏松程度越严重的患者,Mo CA评分也越低,除此之外,患者的高血压、糖尿病等情况都与Mo CA评分密切相关。10个月后随访中,患者的评分减少率是3.99%,卒中转化率是9.55%。结论脑梗死和脑白质疏松既有神经影像变化,也可以作为卒中和认知能力损伤的一个评价指标,糖尿病以及丘脑受影响的情况下,脑梗死忽悠较高的发生率,患者的认知功能也受到了很大的影响。Objective To study and analyze the impact of human cognitive function in resting cerebral infarction （ SCI ） and Lenkoaraiosis （ LA ） , Methods 140 cases of cerebral infarction resting for analysis From 2009 to 2012 in our hospital, recording infarction and white matter with osteoporosis degree in patients. Take Montreal Cognitive Assessment （ MoCA ）was evaluated. Analysis of cogmitive function in the patient 10 months after. Results All of the patients in a total of 118 cases of loose white matter changes, MoCA score average is （ 27.35 ± 1.78 ）, a total of 15 patients with MoCA score below 26. Patients with larger infarct size distribution, the MoCA score lower, more serious degree of white matter in patients with osteoporosis, MoCA scores were lower, in addition, the patient＇s blood pressure, diabetes and other conditions associated with MoCA score close related. After 10 months of follow-up, the patient＇s score decreased rate is 3.99%, stroke conversion rate is 9.55%. Conclusion Cerebral infarction and Leukoaraiosis both neuroimaging changes, can be used as an evaluation of stroke and cognitive damage, diabetic and affected the hypothalamus, the cerebral infarction have higher incidence.Cognitive function in patients has also been greatly affected.
