摘 要:信息技术的迅猛发展所带来的高能耗、碳排放及电磁辐射问题已成为一个迫在眉睫的全球性难题,而发展以低功耗、低辐射为主要特征的绿色信息技术已迫在眉睫。绿色信息技术对微波无源电子元件提出了一系列新的挑战。以高性能、低功耗、低损耗为主要特征的新一代微波无源元件是绿色信息技术中必不可少的技术基础。我们通过较为系统的材料研究,研发出了若干种新型高性能电磁介质材料,在此基础上研制出一系列新型无源器件和无源集成模块,为实现低损耗、低电磁干扰和泄漏的新一代电子整机技术提供了技术支持,也推动了国内片式电感类元件和无源集成技术产业的发展。High energy consume, carbon emission, and electromagnetic radiation induced by rapid growth of information technology are becoming imminent problems across the globe. New generation of information technology, characterized by low power consumption and low radiation, so called Green ICTs, are highly demanded. This technology is challenging existed passive electronic components and the electric and magnetic dielectric materials in them. New generation of microwave passive components with high-performance, low power consumption, low loss and compatible are key technology in Green ICTs. Based on comprehensive research in material science, we developed several high-performance dielectric materials and a series of new passive components and passive integration modules. These works supply a technological support in materials and components to Green ICTs, and put forward the development of domestic industries of chip inductors and passive integration.
