摘 要:不平衡是旋转机械运行过程中的常见故障之一,为了在线消除不平衡需要设计主动平衡装置。提出了一种电磁式主动平衡装置的结构,阐述了其作动原理,基于此重点研究了电磁平衡头的运动平稳性。建立了平衡头的三维有限元简化模型,分析了不同驱动波形下平衡头的运动规律,据此确定了方波驱动方案。针对方波驱动电流大小和通电时间,通过Ansoft-Maxwell-3D仿真分析和实验验证可知,当线圈励磁电流的通、断电时间之比为1:1、通电时间为64 ms、电压大小为10.5 V时,方波驱动的电磁平衡头能够获得良好的作动平稳性。Rotor unbalance is one of most common faults of rotating machinery during operation, an auto-matic balancing device is important for eliminating the unbalance. An electromagnetic automatic balan-cing device was proposed, its operational principle was described,and then the operational smoothness of electromagnetic automatic balancer was researched. A simplified three-dimensional finite element model was built to analyze the operational law of the electromagnetic balancing device under the different drive waveforms, then the square-wave drive is determined to be effective. In order to obtain the current ampli-tude and passing time, the simulation analysis by Ansoft-Maxwell-3D and the experimental verification show that when the ratio of power-on and power-off time for the coil current is 1:1 , the power-on time is 64ms and the voltage is 10. 5V, the electromagnetic automatic balancing device can obtain the good oper-ational smoothness based on the square wave drive.
