摘  要:目的探讨胶质瘤组织中Cullin1的表达及其与临床病理资料之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测胶质瘤组织芯片(正常脑组织8例、癌旁组织8例、胶质瘤组织191例)中Cullin1的表达量及其与临床病理资料之间的关系。结果Cullin1在胶质瘤中的表达量明显高于正常脑组织和癌旁组织(P〈0.05),但是在Cullin1表达量和相应临床病理资料之间未发现有任何联系。结论Cullin1在胶质瘤中的表达量明显升高,促进了肿瘤的发生和发展。Objective To measure the amounts of Cullinl ( Cul1 ) in glioma tissues and its relationship with pathological data. Methods In the current study, 8 normal brain tissues and 8 adjacent normal brain tissues and 191 glioma tissues were taken to examine their amounts of Cull by tissue microarray and immunohistoehemistry and its relationship with pathological data. Results Our results showed that glioma tissues presented remarkably increased quantities of Cull than normal and adjacent normal brain tissues (P 〈 0.05 ). However, no relationship was found between the expression of Cull and pathological data. Conclusion The remarkable rise of Cull expression in human glioma tissues is determined, which may facilitate tumor development and progression.
