摘　　要：目的了解妇女健康体检及参加医疗保险现状,为调整医疗保健政策,确保妇女医疗保险合理投向提供依据。方法运用调查问卷方法对某三级甲等医院352名妇科癌症住院患者进行调查,采用SPSS16.0软件进行描述性统计分析。结果 18.35%的妇女健康体检意识较差;27.22%癌症患者是通过健康体检检出;妇女健康体检不在医保报销范围;妇女对医保满意度低。结论多数妇女有健康体检愿望,但体检费用超出了个人的承担能力,现有医疗保险不报销体检费用,在一定程度上限制了妇女主动体检行为,应将妇女健康体检纳入医疗保险报销范围。Objective To understand current situation of women~ physical examination and health insurance in order to pro- vide evidence for the adjustment of medical care policy and provide suggestions for reasonable allocation of health insurance for women. Method Questionnaire survey was used among 352 inpatients with gynecological cancer in a Three - A - level hospital, and SPSS 16.0 was used for descriptive statistical analysis. Result There were 18.35% of women in poor consciousness of health examination; 27.21% of the cancer patients were screened through health examination. Women health examination was outside the scope of medical insurance reimbursement, and women were not satisfied with current medical insurance. Conclusion Women had the desire to take health examination, but the examination fee was beyond their capability, and current medical insur- ance didn＇t cover the health examination fees which, to some extent, limited women＇s initiative health examination. Women＇s health examination should be included into the scope of medical insurance reimbursement.
