牙周序列治疗在牙周炎患者正畸过程中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨牙周序列治疗在牙周炎患者正畸过程中的临床应用价值。方法收集2012年10月至2014年10月我院收治的要求正畸治疗牙周炎患者100例资料,对牙周炎患者正畸治疗前,采用牙周序列治疗,对患者治疗前、治疗3个月以及治疗后的牙周附着丧失(CAL)、出血指数(BI)、牙周探针深度(PD)等指标进行观察、分析。结果患者治疗结束后各牙周检查指标均得到了明显改善(P<0.05)。结论在对牙周炎患者进行正畸治疗前,采用牙周序列治疗能有效控制相关并发症以及炎症后再实施手术可起到令人满意的治疗效果,促进牙周炎患者尽快康复。Objective To investigate the clinical value of periodontal treatment sequence in the process of orthodontic patients with periodontitis.Methods From October 2012 to October 2014 in our hospital to collect a total of 100 cases require orthodontic treatment of periodontitis patients for the study of periodontitis patients before orthodontic treatment,using a sequence of periodontal therapy on patients before treatment,periodontal treatment and 3 months after treatment attachment Ioss（CAL）,bleeding index（BI）,periodontal probe depth（PD）and other indicators were observed and analyzed.Results After checking patients periodontal indexes were significantly improved（P〈0.05） Conclusion Before orthodontic treatment for periodontitis patients,the use of periodontal treatment can effectively control the sequence and inflammation-related complications after surgery may play a satisfactory therapeutic effect, as soon as possible to promote the rehabilitation of patients with periodontitis.
