摘 要:教育管理在工商管理和公共管理之间徘徊,名义上归依了"公共",却经常顺从了"工商";教育管理在行政管理和专业管理之间摇摆,却既经常沦陷于过度"行政",又迷失于"教育专业"和"管理专业"之间。"教育管理归谁"和"教育管理是谁"是两个性质不同的问题,解决了"教育管理归谁"的问题,并不能使"教育管理是谁"的问题得到自明。只有回到"育人之本",才能实现"为了教育而管理"。In this article the author considers education management as vacillating between business management and public management. It appears that education management is attached to public management nominally, but often fall into business management substantially. Also, education management vacillate between administrative management and professional management, which leads education management to administrating function excessively, meanwhile, cause confuses between education and administration. What does education management belong to and what is education management are essentially two different questions: solving the former question doesn't mean figuring out the latter one. The author argues that only when education management be back to the idea of education, we can fulfill its aim.
