边疆民族地区城镇化建设中民族文化遗产保护的思考——以红河哈尼族彝族自治州为例

摘　　要：建构富有民族文化特色的城市是边疆民族地区城镇化建设中至关重要的问题。云南省红河州在城镇化建设和民族文化遗产保护方面取得了不少成果,但存在城镇化建设与民族文化遗产保护未能有机结合、民族文化遗产保护流于形式两大问题。民族地区的城镇化应注意把民族文化遗产的保护开发与城镇化的文化定位有机结合起来,民族文化遗产的保护应注重经济效益,强调文化遗产保护与城镇化建设的公众参与性,并与素质教育相结合,最终使民族文化遗产成为促进民族地区城镇化建设可持续发展的动力。How to build a town with strong ethnic and cultural characteristics is an important issue in the urbanization of the frontier regions. There has been some progress in the urbanization and the preservation of the cultural and ethnic legacy in Honghe Prefecture. But two problems still exist. First, the urbanization and preservation do not coordinate well. Also, serious measures have not been taken to protect the ethnic cultural legacy. During the urbanization of the minority- people- inhabited areas, the developing and protecting of the ethnic and cultural legacy should be based on the cultural orientation of the region. Meanwhile, the preservation of the ethnic and cultural legacy should take ecnomic benefit into consideration. Also, people＇s participation and public education are necessary in the preservation of cultural legacy and urbanization. In this way, the cultural legacy can become a driving force in the urbanization of the minority-people- inhabited regions.
